Embodied interaction
Robert is designed to see, react, express, and communicate through movement and presence, and can embody LLM such as ChatGPT.
Robert is a working humanoid LEGO® robot designed for expressive movement, embodied AI, and a future where others can build their own.
Runs locally. No image or audio data leaves the device.

Robert is designed to see, react, express, and communicate through movement and presence, and can embody LLM such as ChatGPT.
The robot is built entirely from unmodified and unglued LEGO® elements. This allows builders to use parts from their existing collection and source any missing pieces through marketplaces such as BrickLink or similar platforms. It is a more affordable and environmentally friendly approach that encourages reuse and recycling.
This is not just a concept. Robert is an actively developed physical project with evolving mechanics, software, motion control, and interaction systems.
Robert is designed to be approachable without sacrificing capability. Advanced functionality should not require a complicated user experience. While the experience is intentionally designed for simplicity, the underlying architecture remains fully explorable for those curious to look deeper.
